This post is long overdue. It has been in the blog drafts for months 🙈. I am so excited about this review because it is a Nigerian brand based in Ibadan. Let's see what I think about this brow product.
I actually got gifted this product when I bought a huge order of FbcBeauty lashes some months ago. I love free goodies. I got the shade Dark brown.
Packaging
This brow gel comes in a sturdy frosted glass pot that contains a generous amount of product. I love how heavy the pot is because it means it wont break easily even if it falls, I am sometimes clumsy.
Pigmentation
The brow gel itself has a thick but smooth consistency which makes it really nice to work with. The color pay off is great and a little really goes a long way with this product, so be light handed at first and you can build up the product.
This product is also really long-wearing. It stays put all day and I usually use it as base product before I use my Zaron brow defining powder (check out my review of that product here).
A peculiar thing about this product that I noticed is the actual color of the product. It is a dark brown with a gray undertone. I was put off at first because the gray confused me but I figured out how to work it. The trick is to use very little of the product to avoid gray looking brows (nothing slay about that my dear). As I said earlier, I use this as a base product anyways so a dark brown product goes over it so as to suit my brow goals for the day.
Conclusion
Generally, I like the product and I had been eyeing it to buy anyways so I was grateful for the gift. I like that it is long-wearing and I also like the packaging. This product comes in 2 other shades so you can chose which one you want depending on your skin-tone. The brow gel costs 2500 naira.
